New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Westlight Windows Miami pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.

Meet the Miami Team Behind Westlight Windows Miami
We’re a small crew by design. Window and door work in Miami is detail work, the kind where one missed measurement or rushed flashing detail means a leak the next time a storm rolls through. So we keep the team tight: four field and office people who between them have done thousands of installations across Dade County. Most of us have been doing this long enough to remember when impact ratings were a specialty, not a requirement. What unites us is simpler than a mission statement: we show up when we say we will, we tell you the price before we start, and we don’t leave until the job looks the way we’d want it at our own houses.
Our People
Luis M., Lead Technician
Luis has been setting windows and doors in South Florida for 19 years, the last 8 of them with us. He’s our lead on most impact-rated jobs, the installations where a mistake is measured in the difference between “passed inspection” and “water in the drywall after a Cat 2.” He holds manufacturer certifications from PGT and CGI for impact window installation, which matters because the warranty only holds if the installation follows the book exactly. Luis is the guy who still checks the torque on every single casing screw before he signs off, even on a two-window retrofit in Kendall. If he tells you a rough opening needs reframing before the new window goes in, believe him. He’s seen what Miami humidity does to wood that looked fine from the outside.
Denise R., Service Coordinator
Denise is the voice on the other end of (850) 753-2730 most days, and she’s been the reason customers know what’s happening before they think to ask. She’s been scheduling jobs in Miami since 2009, when she joined to help get the scheduling side of things off Owen’s plate. Denise knows the permit offices in Coral Gables and Miami Beach well enough to tell you how long the wait will be and what the inspector will look at. Her specialty is the unglamorous part: making sure the right glass package, frame finish, and install date all line up before the truck leaves. She’s also the one who keeps a running list of which neighborhoods have the tightest HOA rules about window colors, because she’s heard every version of “nobody said anything about that” at least twice.
Marcus T., Senior Installer
Marcus has been installing windows and doors for 12 years, the last 5 with Westlight. He’s our door specialist, which in Miami means he’s spent more time than most wrestling with rusted-out steel doors and frames that have been absorbing salt air since before half the condos on Brickell went up. Therma-Tru entry door installations are his main lane, including the reinforced frame work that makes a door actually close square after year one. Marcus takes the clean job site promise personally. If you want to know whether a crew respects your house, look at what they leave behind. Marcus is the guy who brings his own vacuum and uses it.
Daniella P., Apprentice Installer
Daniella joined us 2 years ago after spending 4 years working as a window service tech with a local glass company, mostly handling seals and hardware. She came in already knowing how to read a glazing spec and how to remove a window without destroying the stucco around it. These days she works with Luis on impact installs and handles a growing share of the ECO Window Systems jobs, where the energy specs are the whole point. She’s also the one most likely to explain how low-e glass works if you ask, because she actually enjoys the technical side. You may see her out in Homestead or Cutler Bay setting more jobs on her own as her certifications stack up.
One Standard, Every Job
Being part of the Kingswell network doesn’t mean we answer to a corporate office in another state. It means we work a specific way, and we’ve found that way works. We call it the Kingswell Way. Every job, whether it’s a single replacement window in Little Havana or a full door swap in Aventura, runs on the same five commitments. First, we give you a written price before any work starts. Second, we show up in the arrival window we committed to. Third, we leave the site cleaner than we found it. Fourth, we put the guarantee in writing and hand it to you when the job’s done. Fifth, if something fails within the 365-day Done Right Promise period, we come back and fix it at no charge. No negotiating. No revisiting the quote at the door. No surprises. That’s the one standard every person on this page works to, and it’s the reason we’ve been doing this in Miami since 2009.
