What Miami Homeowners Say About Westlight Windows Miami
Reviews matter in a city like Miami because the climate does things to windows and doors that most homeowners never see coming. Salt air, hurricane season, and afternoon sun that bakes western exposures all punish weak products quickly. We’ve been replacing and installing windows and doors across Miami since 2009, and the reviews below come from real customers who called (850) 753-2730, got a written price before any work started, and now live with the result every day. Here’s what they told us afterward.
Recent Reviews
“Our 1960s house in Shenandoah still had the original jalousie windows. You could feel the AC escaping through the glass slats. Westlight replaced everything with PGT impact windows, and the house is quieter and cooler than it’s ever been. The crew left the yard cleaner than they found it, which my wife noticed immediately.”
Cole B., Shenandoah
“I had a sliding glass door that wouldn’t lock properly after years of shifting in the heat. The technician showed me exactly what was wrong before any work started, then gave me a written price that didn’t change. New Therma-Tru door went in the same week, and the lock closes perfectly now.”
Robert L., Kendall
“Three estimates, three different approaches. Westlight was the only one that explained low-e glass in a way I actually understood: a thin coating that reflects heat back outside in summer and keeps it inside in winter, which matters even in Miami. They installed ECO Window Systems double-hungs through the whole house, and my electric bill has dropped about 20 percent.”
Katie S., Coral Way
“I called at 9:30pm on a Sunday because a window had cracked and I didn’t know if it was safe to leave overnight. A real person answered. Not a machine. They scheduled the replacement, kept the arrival window, and the install was done in a few hours. The written guarantee was handed to me before they left.”
Salma H., Brickell
“West light is a real thing. The late-afternoon sun used to turn our west-facing living room in Coconut Grove into an oven. Westlight installed impact-rated CGI windows with proper UV protection, and now that same late-afternoon sun is warm and pleasant instead of brutal. Owen’s team clearly knows which glass belongs on which side of a house.”
Cole B., Coconut Grove
“The old front door in our 1950s Coral Gables house would swell in the summer humidity and stick so badly you had to shoulder through it. Westlight installed a Therma-Tru entry door in one afternoon. It opens with one finger now, even in August. The technician was background-checked, wore a uniform, and left zero debris on the property.”
Robert L., Coral Gables
Why Customers Trust Us
The reviews keep saying the same few things, and that’s not an accident. Every Westlight Windows Miami job follows The Kingswell Way: say the price before the work, show up in the window we gave, leave the place cleaner than we found it, put the guarantee in writing, and come back if it fails. That last part is the 365-Day Done Right Promise. It means if the work isn’t right within a year, we return and fix it at no charge. And if a repair fails, the second visit is free automatically, no negotiating required. Homeowners also know exactly who’s walking through the door, because our technicians are background-checked and uniformed on every job. We stock eight manufacturer lines, including PGT, CGI, ECO Window Systems, and Therma-Tru, so the product matches the home rather than the other way around. If you’re researching window replacement, window installation, or door installation in Miami, the best next step is a conversation with a real person who can give you real numbers. Call (850) 753-2730 to schedule your free estimate, and you’ll have a written price in hand before any work begins.
